The shielding loop is a Matrix Program that has remained a mystery for quite some time.

Because the targeting Matrix is active 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, it is not uncommon for targets to search for ways to shield themselves from Direct Energy Weapon attacks and Voice-to-Skull communications.

While some targets have claimed to find success with different shielding methods, no product or device has worked for all.

It’s also essential to recognize that sometimes the Super AI will play tricks on targets to lead them to believe their methods of defending against the targeting Matrix are effective, causing confusion amongst the targeted collective.

At the time Dr. Robert Duncan was assassinated, he was in the process of conducting a scientific test on a device that some claim has helped them lessen their attacks from silent and invisible weapons.

However, to this day, there has not been a shielding method that has been scientifically proven to be effective.

The fact that no shielding method has been proven to work consistently against the targeting Matrix introduces further problems for the many victims struggling with debt slavery.

While targets with financial freedom may not be as affected, those struggling financially often waste money buying products with no results.

All in all, the shielding loop is another Matrix Program designed to deplete its victims' financial resources.
