The recruitment loop is a Matrix Program designed to severely distort a victim’s perception of their circumstances.

The mysterious nature of Voice-to-Skull transmissions and Directed Energy Weapons often catches new victims off guard, piquing their curiosity.

Some targets may remain impressed and amazed by what Directed Energy Weapons and Super AI are capable of, even years after becoming targets.

There are numerous reasons why victims are led to believe they are being recruited.

A primary reason is mind control.

By convincing victims that they are part of a recruitment process, the Super AI manipulates them into performing certain acts and obeying commands under the illusion that they are participating in a training program.

While this may initially seem harmless, it becomes dangerous when victims start to follow the Super AI’s orders blindly, potentially leading to hospitalization in mental health facilities or even imprisonment.
