Poverty has been considered a form of slavery since ancient times, with Stoic philosophers such as Epictetus acknowledging that it restricts a person’s options, enslaving them to their basic needs.

During the victim phase, we have already learned about the financial loop, and while being aware of this loop is already self-defense, there is more we can do to help ourselves financially.

While being dependent on the government for financial support can also be considered a form of slavery, for targets who are unable to work or keep a job, there is not much else we can do at this point in our programming.

One federal program targets can apply for is disability income, called Supplemental Security Income (SSI) in the United States.

Many other countries also have this same form of income but under different names.

Another federal program targets can apply for in the United States is the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), formerly Food Stamps, which many other countries also have versions of for the same purpose.

For targets who would like to apply to any of these federal programs for financial assistance but do not know how to get started, there are many guides and tutorials available to watch on YouTube that can be accessed for free.

Ultimately, the targeting Matrix exploits poverty to enslave targets and make them easier to control.

Although seeking government financial assistance is not the end-all solution to this tactic, it can help temporarily, until we reach the warrior phase and have acquired the necessary skills required to begin rebuilding our lives and fight back.
